Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-English and half-Spanish woman, was born on April 16th, 1996, in Miami Florida. The girl is English and the other half Spanish. Parents are Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. His father was Argentine with Scottish-English descent. Her mother is Spanish with English roots. Taylor-Joy was born into a family with six kids. Four of them are siblings from her previous marriage to Taylor's dad. After being with her parents in Buenos Aires for six years, the family relocated to Victoria. Taylor-Joy says the move to London was traumatizing and that she didn't learn English to avoid moving back to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was required to take her. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in productions. When she reached the age of 16, Taylor-Joy dropped out to pursue a full-time acting career. Taylor-Joy was destined to be an actress at a young age. She realized her dream after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modelling job.
