Harry

Harry Edward Styles - also known as Harry Styles - is a British musician as well as a composer. Harry Styles has been recognized for his compositions for The One Direction band. He is the son of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born on February 1st, 1994 at Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, together with his fellow classmates, formed a musical band called White Eskimo. After they won the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to an excellent performance, they also participated in the Battle of Bands 2010. He was always interested in music, but also wanted to pursue a career as the profession of a lawyer, physiotherapist, or even a scout. To support his family, he spent a short time working part-time at a baker's shop. In the year 2010, Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he did the track Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. His band was forced to break up due to this. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles to be a part of a new band called One Direction. The other group members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in 2010. The group performed songs like My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler so the group was one of the contenders to win the contest. They came third place, just behind Rebecca Ferguson. However, Harry Styles and his group were not crowned winners, Cowell paid a contract of 2 million pounds for One Direction to sign with Syco.
